Jewelries are worn to complete and complement ones wardrobe. With most ladies that are attending formal gatherings, they prefer to wear diamonds and pearls. However, diamonds cost way too much that only few can afford to buy. A pearl is one of the simplest yet elegant types of jewelry. It comes in different types such as:
Akoya Pearl - it is the most common and 1st cultured pearl that can be found and purchased worldwide. They are shiny, glossy, white, and have an impeccably circular shape. Since almost all countries produce this type, its traditional appearance still captures the market. They are cultivated on salt water.
Tahitian Pearl – or “Black Tahitian Pearl” came from French Polynesia. They have been exporting these types way back then, and during the year 2008, the demand for these rare pearls went even higher. These pearl types are iridescent having an overtone that’s really remarkable and extraordinary. The colors that you can usually see are mixed colors of gold and green with a hint of rosy shade, steel and silver tones, and bluish green like aquamarine.
Freshwater Pearl – this is the most affordable type of pearl that comes in several shapes and colors. The most popular shades however are pink, white, and lavender tones. Anyone from any age group can easily wear it. Having its low price compared to others, the quality and style are still there.
